• Please note that unit design and style may vary, and the photos provided may not be identical or exact representations of the specific unit that is booked. However, rest assured that the unit you receive will be very similar, with uniform furnishings, appliances, and amenities
• TV is located in the living room
House rules
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine
• Late check-out fee- $50
• Pet Policy: Pets are allowed (2 pets per unit). There is a $50 per pet fee (plus taxes)
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm - 7 am.
