Our home is perfect for the family who wants to travel on their own without other families. It has everything you need to make your vacation memorable! Situated in Blue Mountain Beach. Enjoy shopping, riding bikes, dining and fishing in our town. There is a bike rental shop 2 blocks away toward the beach, where there is also a bakery with most amazing home made cinnamon rolls. The public beach access is about a half mile away walk from the house.

Local attractions
• Golf carts and bikes are the way to go if you want to really experience 30A. Many people opt for electric bikes and scooters so they can really go the distance and sightsee faster, but if you want to really take it all in, walking is a great option too.
• Our beach house is not in a typical neighborhood, but we are nestled in one of the country's best-kept secrets: 30A. We are tucked in a few blocks from 30A on a small quiet street.
• Grayton Beach State Park: Explore the pristine beaches and coastal dune lakes in this beautiful state park.
• Seaside: A charming coastal town known for its unique architecture, boutiques, and dining options. It's a great place to walk around and enjoy the atmosphere.
• Blue Mountain Beach: Relax on the beach, go for a swim, or take a scenic walk along the shore in this lovely beach community.
• Eden Gardens State Park: Visit this historic park with beautifully landscaped gardens and a historic mansion.
• Gulf Place: Check out Gulf Place for shopping, dining, and entertainment. It's a vibrant area with a mix of shops and restaurants.

Cancellation Policy:If you need to cancel after booking, there's a 30% charge. If you cancel within 5 days of your arrival, the full amount will be charged.
