The Bonsoir Building is a 2024 renovation of a certified historic Warehouse District mansion with classic New Orleans charm. This building dates back to pre-1876 when it was first used as a residence, but has been home to a number of uses over its 150+ years of life! Our reimagination of this building restores its historic splendor with all the modern amenities you would expect in 2024, but with sultry and fun twists in every unit. Our 5 BR accommodation encompasses the entire top floor of the building, with private elevator access to your floor and skylights within the units. The units do not connect internally, but are next to each other, and the upper floor of the building is all yours! A private living room space with a sofa bed allows for what can easily and comfortably be used as a 6th bedroom! As our guest, you’ll enjoy up to three times the space of traditional short-term rentals, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, free high-speed wifi, comfortable beds, and spacious living areas for relaxing, entertaining, and remote working.
