Grotto at the Gulf is a beautiful 3,500sq ft home that’s located directly on Ft Morgan’s sugary white beaches. This 6 bedroom/7 bath house accommodates up to 20 guests with a private elevator and one King bedroom has a large open shower. Four of the bedrooms offer King size beds and the last two bedrooms have 2 double beds. There is a smaller media room with a pocket door that gives guests sleeping on one of the sofa sleepers a little more privacy. Grotto at the Gulf is the perfect vacation rental for the whole family. Enjoy ample amenities that The Dunes Condominium has to offer –The guests are given full access to their indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, steam room and fitness center!

Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• Guests are able to use The Dunes Condominium, as well as having their own private hot tub located directly at the home.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.
• Pets are not allowed
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.

Cancellation Policy:Any cancellations after booking will result in a 100% charge.

Deposit Policy:After booking, we'll ask for a 30% prepayment, with the remaining amount due 5 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel after booking, there's a 30% charge. If you cancel within 5 days of your arrival, the full amount will be charged.
